September 1, 2005, the State of Virginia will allow people to get their reports for free. You can call 1-877-322-8228 or go on line to www.annualcreditreport.com. Take advantage of this to make sure that you are not a victim of fraud and to make sure that your credit accounts are being properly reported. Remember that in today's financial world many creditors are using the Beacon Score to determine your interest rate on a loan, so protect yourself and your credit by using this service.
